International Journal of Medical science (IJMSCI) is an Open Access, Referred and Peer-Reviewed Journal. The Open access policy of the journal grants user(s) access free of cost. However, IJMSCI charges nominal fee from author(s) to carry out the basic operations like Peer-review process, Editing, Proofreading, PDF development, Onboarding from offline to online, allotment of digital object Identifier, server maintenance, Web improvement, and office maintenance and staff salaries.

Author(s) should not pay any fee during submission and evaluation process. APC is applicable only after the acceptance from the editorial office. APC is incorporated to support journal operation and production purposes only. APC is not anyhow related to editorial decision and assessment process.

The journal management may consider APC waiver (Partial / Full) for extraordinary cases. Researcher scholar(s) with good research record are facing financial obligations may apply for APC waiver with proper document. Research scholar(s) from under developed countries also can apply for the waiver. However, final decision for the waiver is subjected to verification and consideration by the journal management.
